We have not been to the property. Photos below are from the general area off Markham Pass Rd. There is no for sale sign, etc. Corners should be marked with aluminum caps that show lot number 1161. GPS coordinates where road abuts parcel:

Directions to property:
Property can be accessed by either I-40 exit 103 or exit 109. If coming from the West, use exit 103 Jolly Road, and on the south side of the highway, drive along the service road heading east until you get to the Markham Wash Rd (there is a big windmill and well). Turn Left and head north under I-40 and open the gate. The first turn will be 3 miles to the north off Markham Pass Rd. Coming from the East, use Exit 109 Anvil Rock. On the south side of the interstate, head west and drive until the Markham Pass windmill. Turn Right and head north through the gate.
Drive about 3 miles then:
1)Turn Left at W. Bullet
2) Turn Right at N. Wrangler
Ridge Rd.
3) Turn Left heading east
4) Turn Right then head
north just over 2 miles.
5) Turn Left
6)Turn Right at Panhandle
7) Turn Left at La Point Ln
Drive to end of road. Land is
mostly to the south and west.
