20 to 36 acre parcels - Shadow Rock Ranch Beautiful acreage off Anvil Rock Rd - exit 109 I-40
If you are looking for the perfect mountain retreat, look no further. Our large tracts in Shadow Rock Ranch are some of the most amazing wilderness parcels in NW Arizona. This area is stock full of Pinyon Pine, Juniper, rock formations, and wildlife (elk, deer, bob cat, coyotes). The southern portion of these parcels provide some higher topography, making for interesting views. The average elevation is 6,000 feet, allows for cooler summers and possible snow scenes in winter. There is 640 acres of State Trust Land just to the north (bordering the 36 acre tract). The Prescott National Forest is just a couple miles south of these parcels, providing for excellent hunting opportunities and recreation. RCU-2a Yavapai County Zoning allows site built homes/cabins/manufactured homes. RV's are allowed.
