Take Hwy 89 north from Prescott (drive through Chino Valley and into Paulden). Turn right at Verde Ranch Rd. Drive about a mile and a half or so, then turn left into the entrance of Verde Ranch Estates. Immediately turn right onto Aiken Ranch Rd. Drive along Aiken and it dog legs left and turns into Upper Verde Trail. Drive north about a 1/4 mile or so. You will pass two new homes, one on the left and one just to the right.
